1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MentorX, whether as a student or mentor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• Students: MentorX is designed for students who are actively preparing for competitive exams or seeking academic mentorship. By signing up, you confirm that you are a student or an exam aspirant looking for guidance.

• Mentors: You must have successfully cleared one or more competitive exams (such as JEE, NEET, CAT, CUET, NIFT, etc.) and be currently enrolled in or have graduated from a recognized educational institution.

3. Registration and Account

• Students: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Mentors: You are required to provide truthful information about your educational background and achievements. Any falsification of details may result in the termination of your account.

4. Mentor-Student Interaction

• Students: MentorX offers group mentorship, where you will be paired with 2-3 students in a small group. You are expected to actively participate, communicate respectfully, and engage with your mentor and peers in a productive manner. Any inappropriate behavior may lead to account suspension or termination.

• Mentors: As a mentor, you are expected to provide constructive guidance and support based on your experience. You must conduct yourself professionally and respect the confidentiality and privacy of students. Any misconduct may lead to account termination.

5. Use of the Platform

• You agree not to use MentorX for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• You must not interfere with or disrupt the platform, its servers, or networks.

• You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

6. Payments and Refunds

• Students: MentorX operates on a subscription-based model. Payment is required upon signing up for services, and no refunds are provided once payment is processed unless otherwise specified for exceptional cases.

• Mentors: Mentors are compensated based on the terms agreed during onboarding. MentorX reserves the right to adjust compensation rates at any time with prior notice.

7. Termination of Account

MentorX reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, whether student or mentor, if these terms and conditions are violated. Reasons for termination may include:

• Students: Repeated failure to attend scheduled sessions, misconduct, or violation of the platform's policies.

• Mentors: Inability to provide effective mentorship, misconduct, or breach of any terms outlined here.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided on MentorX, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and features, are the intellectual property of MentorX. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any material without explicit permission from MentorX.

9. Liability and Disclaimer

MentorX provides mentorship services based on the experiences and knowledge of individual mentors. While we strive to provide effective guidance, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or success in exams. MentorX is not liable for any failure to meet academic goals through the use of our platform.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Modification of Terms

MentorX reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
